Change of Scenery: Bathroom

Every once in a while we all get that itch. It can’t be helped; you want a change of scenery. No matter if you’re a full-timer or occasional user, your motorhome surroundings can still wear on you after a time. When this happens, you may not know where to begin to infuse new life into your worn space. Here, we provide tips on how to liven up your OK RV bathroom.

Walls

Perhaps one of the most overlooked ways to spruce up any space is the wall. You can paint, add wallpaper, or put up tile. While it may seem daunting, it really isn’t! Each of these can be easy and make a huge difference. Even though the surface area isn’t in large amounts, the change of color will change the mood of the room. Need help? Visit a do-it-yourself store like Lowe’s or Home Depot and they will answer all questions until you’re confident enough to do it.

Sink

This one requires a little more work but it’s not too heavy duty. One of the current bathroom trends is the vessel sink. This is the sink that sits on top of the counter like a bowl as opposed to a drop-in that sits in the counter. This will potentially add extra counter space because of the sink going vertical. They come in all sorts of colors and material such as marble, glass, and metal. Switching out sinks will add ambiance to the room because it is both modern in design and classic by purpose.

These are the best ways to add a new vibe to your Oklahoma City RV bathroom. Have you completed a bathroom project? Feel free to share your tips with us and other readers in the comments below!
