Quick & Easy Nacho Cheesy

When things get hectic in life, all you want to do is kick back and enjoy your time. No matter what you’re doing though, one thing is probably for sure – you’re going to want a snack.

Don’t let the thought of cooking a big meal drag you down. Opt for the simple meal in your Oklahoma City RV by making the quick and easy, Nacho Cheesy!

  • 1 can chili
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Before you begin, make sure you have an oven-safe dish that can be used for the duration of cooking.

Preheat your oven to 345°. While you wait for it to heat up, go ahead and spread a layer of chips in the dish. Now, go ahead and warm up the chili a tad in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir in the Tabasco sauce at this time so it will mix as it heats. This will be just enough so it will come out easy and be pourable over the chips.

Once the layer of chili is out, get a handful of cheese and layer over the chili covering the chips. Continue layering until there is no more chili to go over the chips.

The oven should be warmed and ready for take off! Place the dish inside and set the timer for 8 minutes.

When the timer goes off, let the nachos sit for a few minutes so you can eat them. After some cooling, spoon salsa over the top and add dollops of sour cream several times across the top.

Get to eating!
