You’ll need ribeye steak, lobster tails, your favorite buns, baking potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower mix, and ingredients for cheese sauce, along with several seasonings.

Prepare the steak by rubbing it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Badia Redfish seasoning. If you prefer something less spicy, leave the Redfish seasoning out. Heat up the grill. Place the rubbed steak in the fridge for now.

Using a fork, poke a few holes in the potatoes. Wrap each potato in foil. Set the potatoes on the grill, or if you’re using charcoal or wood, set them in the coals. Bake the potatoes, turning every 10 minutes, for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.

Boil the vegetables until they are al dente. You can cook these on the stove or the microwave. Set them aside. Put the steaks on the grill. Wrap the lobster tails in foil and set them aside.

Get the cheese sauce started. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a saucepan. Add ½ cup heavy cream, half and half or milk and 1 cup of your favorite shredded cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is melted. Season with a pinch of cayenne, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Add the vegetables and mix until the vegetables are coated. Set the veggies on a warming burner.

Put the wrapped lobster tails on the grill or in the coals. Turn them frequently until they are done. Don’t forget to check the steaks and remove them when they are the desired temperature. Ribeye is best when it’s no hotter than medium rare.

Melt 4 tablespoons butter and 1 to 2 teaspoons of butter to make garlic butter for dipping the lobster. You can add parsley or other spices if you prefer.

Remove the foil from the potatoes and lobster. Give the veggies a quick stir to make sure all of them are covered with cheese. Plate the meal. Garnish the lobster with lemon and the steak with parsley sprigs. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides. Mash the potatoes and refill the skins. Garnish with chopped chives and bacon.
